Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

  • All rates are per room and are subject to 19% tax (16% VAT & 3% bed tax).
  • There is a 2-night minimum stay.
  • Maximum 2 people per room.
  • No guests under 18 are allowed in the suites.
  • Pets are welcome but should not stay alone with no supervision. Only one pet per room is permitted.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 USD will be charged to all guests who violate this policy.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Same-day reservations need to be confirmed before 12:00 p.m.

Deposit Policy

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within 1-2 weeks of cancelation notice and will be in the form of a refund to PayPal.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please note that the following cancellation policy applies:

  • For reservations canceled 60 days or more prior to check-in date, paid reservation is fully refundable.
  • For reservations canceled between 15 and 59 days prior to check-in-date paid reservation is 50% refundable.
  • For reservations canceled 14 days or under prior to check-in-date, the entire deposit will be forfeited
  • All cancellations of stays during holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s) are non-refundable.
  • Reservations can be modified at any time, only the rate leveling should be covered if necessary.
  • No shows will result in guest forfeiture of the deposit and the reservation.
  • No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Payments for reservations can be made on our reservation engine using PayPal.

Mexican Bank Deposit

Please email info@sapphire.mx for account information to make a transfer to a bank in Mexico. A confirmation of your reservation will be sent by email only after the payment has been received in our account.

Payment in full of your reservation indicates that you acknowledge these rental policies and agree to abide by the conditions of occupancy as set forth within this rental agreement.
